  • Settings: Experience spans large technology organizations, national primary care, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, public behavioral-health systems, forensic and correctional programs, military-readiness evaluations, veterans’ healthcare, addiction treatment, schools, colleges, courts, law enforcement, and other public-safety and community settings.

  • Psychopharmacology Consultation, Training, and Education: Provides PCPs and other clinicians with current, evidence-based 1:1 consultation and recommendations, as well as group training on medication options for ADHD, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and related conditions. Consultation and training may address stimulants, nonstimulant ADHD medications, antidepressants, anxiolytics, sleep agents, mood stabilizers, antipsychotics, and gabapentinoids, with attention to indications, interactions, adverse effects, monitoring, comorbidities, and coordination with psychological care. Prescribing decisions always remain with the treating medical provider.

  • Counterintelligence, Personnel Security, and Insider-Threat Programming: Developed the Manual for Clinical Psychologists in Counterintelligence, Personnel Security, and Insider Threat Programs. The manual addressed behavioral warning signs, structured risk and threat assessment, concerning employee behavior, interviewing, personnel-security decisions, crisis management, detection and mitigation protocols, training, policy development, and interdisciplinary consultation.

  • Law-Enforcement and Public-Safety Programming: Developed an extensive portfolio that included de-escalation guidance, a police-psychologist co-responder manual, crisis-intervention and assessment protocols, an employee-assistance program proposal for police personnel, and a Critical Incident Stress Management manual addressing officer trauma, first-responder mental health, post-incident support, and family needs.

  • Municipal Mental-Health Systems Planning: Developed a city mental-health strategic plan addressing police crisis response, co-response teams, on-scene intervention, early assessment, case management, municipal-court coordination, homelessness, domestic violence, suicide prevention, community outreach, public-safety integration, data collection, KPIs, and measurable program outcomes.

  • Technology-Based Crisis, Risk, and Compliance Systems: Within a large technology environment, helped develop and refine crisis-response pathways, suicide-risk procedures, emergency-escalation and warm-handoff protocols, clinical documentation standards, risk and compliance procedures, short-term disability leave processes, functional-capacity tools to measure symptoms and impairment, and guidance for evaluating whether employees can perform essential duties consistently and predictably.

  • Inpatient Clinical Consultation and Assessment: Served as a consultant to inpatient psychiatric units treating serious mental illness, psychosis, neurocognitive conditions, and substance-use disorders. Provided crisis-response, trauma-informed care and psychological-assessment consultation, supported interdisciplinary teams, responded to complex clinical consults, and helped graduate trainees complete assessments.

  • Anxiety Treatment Adaptable for Psychosis: Developed an innovative CBT anxiety-treatment manual adaptable for people experiencing psychosis-related anxiety while training alongside the Beck Institute. Delivered hospital-wide training in advanced CBT for anxiety and developed additional programming involving trauma, substance use, contingency management, crisis response, and serious mental illness.

  • Psychopharmacology Education: Delivered training to students across a range of psychopharmacology topics, including foundational medication principles, substance-use pharmacology, psychostimulants, clinical monitoring, adverse effects, and the relationship between medical and psychological care.

  • ADHD and Neurodevelopmental Education: Presented to clinicians and multidisciplinary teams at mental-health clinics on ADHD, executive functioning, neurodevelopmental presentations, diagnostic considerations, clinical psychopharmacology, and practical treatment implications.

  • Interdisciplinary Consultation and Supervision: Provided consultation, education, and supervision to psychologists, therapists, nurses, prescribers, graduate trainees, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams across outpatient, inpatient, primary-care, public-sector, and forensic settings.

  • CAMS-Trained: I use the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality in my clinical work and strongly recommend CAMS training and certification for clinicians who are serious about developing competence in suicide-focused assessment and treatment.

  • Forensic Treatment and Public-Safety Assessment: Helped develop a CBT manual for individual and group forensic treatment while during practicum training and contributed to programming involving competency restoration, recidivism reduction, adolescent forensic care, and trauma-informed intervention. Conducted and supported assessments involving competency, disability, employment suitability, and fitness for duty for police and other public-safety positions.

  • Original Clinical and Assessment Systems: Continue to develop and refine clinical forms, decision-support tools, training materials, and structured assessment frameworks for adult neurodevelopmental evaluation, diagnostic clarification, functional impairment, work capacity, suicide-focused care, and interdisciplinary communication.
